Terms of Service

By using the NK Move website (nkmove.com), the NK Move app (app.nkmove.com), or our SMS program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

NK Move is a brand operated by Beta Stays LLC (Florida, USA). Contact: support@nkmove.com.

NK Move offers dance and fitness classes in the Orlando area. Booking a class creates a ticket. Spot availability, pricing, and class details are shown at checkout. We may cancel or reschedule a class; if we do, we will notify you by email and, if you opted in, by SMS.

If you opt in, NK Move may send transactional text messages about your ticket, class reminders, post-class feedback requests, the liability waiver link, and waitlist openings. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program. Max 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by NK Move.

You opt in on our public SMS sign-up page at nkmove.com/en/sms, or through the public waitlist form on a sold-out class at app.nkmove.com. In both places you enter your details and check a separate SMS checkbox that is unchecked by default, with the same disclosure. Public compliance evidence of that consent language: how-it-works#sms-opt-in. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase a ticket, create an account, or join a waitlist. If the box is not checked, no SMS consent is recorded and no SMS is sent. We do not text numbers provided by someone else without that person's own opt-in. We do not use keyword, verbal, imported-list, or third-party opt-in for this program.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other methods we offer at checkout (for example Zelle for door sales). Refund and transfer rules for a given class or package are stated at purchase or in your ticket email. Chargebacks for attended or used tickets may be disputed.

Participation in physical activity classes requires accepting our liability waiver before check-in. The waiver is a separate document sent with your ticket. These Terms do not replace the waiver.

You agree not to misuse the site or app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or harass staff or other students. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
